Nordic leg curls is where you essentially hook your feet to something and then, uh, you're on your knees. You keep a straight line from your knees to your shoulders and you lower yourself down - which is all hamstrings. It's an eccentric hamstring knee flexion based hamstring. Some people now say they help with knee issues and stuff like that. But there's no evidence that this hunch just as effective as Nordic leg curls.
