How to Track Your Calories

I was overeating a lot on fat. And so I would not find myself hungry for things like protein, and especially because adding lean muscle mass was one of my main goals that I wanted to incorporate into my life. The tricky part is in particular, wellness foods, quote unquote,. the latest snack foods and things, it's just so easy to overeat on that and bump your calories up even if they're coming from better quality ingredients. You don't need to become orthorexic or obsessive. It's just like keeping a little checks and balances of it.
