Mice eating at suboptimal time seems to make fat and carbohydrate essentially less or I'm sorry more bioavailable than eating during the optimal time. That is fascinating. Yeah so we can say bioavailable but actually it's getting metabolized or getting oxidized and burnt off during the fasting time. So yes bioavailability is slightly reduced because of the microbiome change. And then even what is observed and stored that store is also depleted every night or every day when the mice go through fasting.
