How to Write a Better Life

There are areas where i succeed. like writing consistently, and i do a pretty good job with a lifting and working out consistently. But there are other areas where i struggle a lot. Like one of them that i'm working on this year is nutritiona habits it's not that i eat terribly, but i rarely cook as many meals as i should. And that's been a struggle for me, in the sleep habits. So have this rule where i don't cheat myself on sleep. The friction to getting your idea outas is relatively low. To be a practitioner write is much different.
