I think the idea that you eliminate all sugar spikes is wrong. And also, like some people out there may at certain times in the day want a blood sugar spike. So we do need to maintain the holistic view. Well, get obsessed with one, one particular bit of our diet. I'm not saying you should add cream to it. I was just using that as an example of what's wrong.
