The Value of Video Delay in Indoor Volleyball

The traditional use of the video delay TBO system whatever you want to call it is we're going to have a performer who's working on a skill or an action or concept or something like that. And then they're going to see that they are distracted by the way they move. We would train the camera on the next contact, which in this case would be the center, but the monitor would still be facing the passer. They pretty quickly saw whoa she's moving backwards she looks really uncomfortable a lot. The movement effect is something that you want them sensitive to from a focus of attention standpoint. I don't think it's earth shattering but that's one of the areas of observational learning
