Getting Into the Octagon

I think too, like you might be able to get that eight out of eight or nine out of 10 in a controlled environment. But when you're in the octagon, the psychological component of another person trying to take your head off of your body is a different kind of thing. And I think to self punish during a fight because of your breathing mechanics, let's just focus on the nasal breathing where we can and take what the defense gives us. Like athletes are so ritualistic. There's so much that I want to stay away from.
