Track Workout Recovery Intervals

The two types of recovery intervals you might see are rest or jog recovery. A float recovery is more advanced where the recovery does have usually a specific pace assigned to it. For pro runners, that's just shuffling around the track. And so i don't think any co should really prescribe a certain recovery pace. They should just say, jog, supereasy.
