How Do You Stay Cold and Flu Free in MMA?

As training intensity and volume increases, we're going to be more likely to catch colds and flus if we're not fueling us adequately. So I was quite surprised that the rates of flus and viruses infections, it stayed relatively low because they are under fueled, which makes you more susceptible to illness. And just from an anecdotal standpoint, you don't tend to see many gyms or many clubs talking about all the so many people missing because they've all got flu this week Or there's a lot of colds going around. Just anecdotally doesn't see it happen.
