The idea is that you kind of go to what i would consider kind of carbohydrate fueling strategy. But without the training, ecause i'm tapering at that point for a day or two before a but then leveraging the overnight fast. By doing it that way, you kind of have yourself in a situation where your you can duly be just maybe a little more powerful on both arms,. verses leaning too heavily on one versus the other. Is probably the the simple passably flied wis and makes complete sense for long reduin species.
