How to Lighten Your Baggage
As humans, we all have emotional baggage. It's what we accumulate on our journey that is life. Sometimes we find that the type of baggage that we're carrying around is causing us to feel bad about us and to get stuck in the past. One of the things that we have to recognize about worry is that it doesn't change anything. Worrying is actually like a past time.
