I used to put them through this cold calling exercise where I would say, all right, tell me what you sold. And whether they're good or bad, it didn't matter. Because when they came back, I would give them feedback. The people that took the coaching were the ones that I said, okay, right? Versus the ones who either just didn't take the coaching or tried the exact same approach or just didn't even listen to what I said.
