The Importance of Regulating Your Emotions

I feel like what you just said was so interesting to me of like regulating your emotions and like, I never thought about that. It's not something that we're taught to be able to do for people. How to really hold space for another person. Oh my God. Nobody wants to hear about the impermanence of things. You don't want to accept any of these like ideas when you're in a good place with everything working out exactly the way you want. And it's hard to do that if you haven't processed your own shit.
