i just think that there's certain behaviours that people have, thouht. We can see through actual not through reasoning, how people have used this and how little it changed for such a long time. If someone comes outt with a report that says something differently about how m their customers teyre going to be a using things,  that's much harder to figure out whether that's true or not.
