It's not something that i've i've sort of done some stuff like that but i haven't really kind of gone t Tuesday that's fasted day. I think i could probably be a better runner if i did have like, half a banana or something before i went out. Because what she says makes a lot of sense. You know, i don't feel great afterwards, and i probably don't run as well as i because i'm fasted.
