CBT is a cognitive intervention in a way how we how we define tasks that we want to do on procrastinating and cleaning up the kitchen. It's encouraging that recent research is supporting not just cognitive behavioral therapy as a whole treatment package but also seeing that this very individualistic personalized view how we think about things stems from living with ADHD. We can give ourselves credit for changes we're making what we are doing and develop hopefulness so that we can keep moving forward.
