The Effects of Sugar Intake on the Body

If you do a bit of physical activity every day it seems to protect against some of these potential negative effects of sugar intake. For particularly endurance athletes, the metabolic effects of sugars on the liver and on levels of fat in the blood probably aren't a concern. The way in which the body handles that sugar when you're highly physically active is very different to if you're just sitting there at rest.
