The Importance of Clarification in Your Job
One of the things happening is that it's very unclear what it even means to do a good job. Establishing that criteria upfront would be really helpful. I feel like one of the requirements of this job is being able to work in a lot of ambiguity and wondering if it's maybe it's not a good fit for me. That way you can look at the set of standards and say am I doing it? And then you get to decide if you're doing a good jobs.
