The Importance of Exercise for PCS

Exercise is super important for managing my PCS. I notice the difference and not only for my PCS but my mental health. Anything that moves your body, it's actually for me essential. The recommendations are the same as it would be for general population. And so if you are in a situation where your body doesn't handle glucose as well, you can almost improve that by lifting weights or doing some form of strength training and that could be yoga.
