What Kinds of Stressors Are Good and What Sorts Aren't Good?
Chronic stressors are like the foundation of almost all of the sleep issues, and it might express as apnea or insomnia or bruxism but they're actually from the same underlying set of chronic stressors that we need to address. We don't even have evolved mechanisms to deal with environmental toxicity and chronic infection,. excessive sugar, as well as excessive psychological stress. As well as excessive blue light, there's a few of these that are just modern health hazards that are not medic at all They're just chronic stresses that are damaging all of our or medic mechanisms.
