How to Improve Work Capacity

There's a concept in fitness called work capacity can you define what that is and how we can go about improving work capacity. You could add a little bit of body weight conditioning to your program so i like every minute on the minute you know you do seven burpees ten push-ups couple pull-ups whatever you can do interval training uh air squats there's something in the military called leg blasters anyone who was in the military will tell you about it. It's just you do things that are low impact that are safe that you do a lot of reps of that will get you tired quickly then you just progressing that over time.
