Do You Need a Thousand Per Variant?

A thousand conversions per variant is a bare minimum. The more you can afford to run, that's the whole point. A one percent bump on your conversion rate is almost business changing for an eight or nine-figure brand. So if you have a five-way test, you need a thousand in each one. If I visit a product page with a green button instead of like a red button and come back later, if the test is still running, it will be close to 50-50.
