How to Avoid Feeling Uncomfortable When Swimming
I was always told not to eat anything for at least an hour by four swimming. But my research here tells me that that's kind of shit. It says there's no evidence to support this myth. However, it's a good idea to wait at least 30 minutes after reading - which seems contradictory before swimming. I'm like, all right. Well, then they say to avoid feeling uncomfortable. And so yeah, I definitely feel much better not having food in my stomach because if it's not digested and it's not into the small or large intestine yet, then you're risking vomiting.
