When we are vulnerable, it really does show that it is felt safe for us to be vulnerable. It provides a much deeper, very multi-dimensional understanding of you and also your partner when you can be vulnerable with them. Defensiveness is our natural mechanism to feeling vulnerable and shame and guilt. We'll discuss what impacts our capacity to be vulnerable after the break.
