The best metric for PMF would be retention, which you would analyze using time-based cohorts. For consumer products, you would want to see a daily active user to monthly active user ratio of 25% and above. A world-class leading down mile would be over 50%. There's a certain minimum for organic acquisition. In terms of retention, day one retention should be at least 30%, 70% plus would be top notch.
