Corda: I hate capping SDR individual commission structures because I want my SDR to get as much as possible. Corda: As an SDR manager, if I don't cap it, my composition can get out of what if I estimated four meetings for SDR per month and all of a sudden everybody's at seven. So in short, add up all your SDRs. Give it a 15% buffer. Divide that number into a zero commission for the first half. And then linearly wrap that from half to full quota linearly.
