What's the Most Important Thing About Consensus?

In my opinion like the most important thing about what you're doing there Is not it is the it is the act itself. The fact that somebody is showing that yeah, and I'll listen and yeah, exactly because people feel like they don't matter. So should somebody showing that you know what you do matter and I'm paying attention to you? It's hugely um regulating so Yeah,. And then the other thing that I wanted to talk about in relationship to this Um is the concept of consensus building.
