Do You Have Any Misconceptions About Minimalism?
A lot of people I think get a little bit overly focused on like minimalism. And there's nothing wrong with minimalism other than the fact that there's not like a standard like agreed upon definition of it. People will just completely write off entire exercises, or, you know, set in rep schemes because realistic is because nobody gave them permission to use them. They should just try this stuff out and see if it works. A lot of people find something they really like doing, and then fear that if they ever move away from it all those gains are going to have been abysmal failure.
