How to Cook Healthy Meals for One Person

Colin: It's easier to cook for one person than it is for 30. He would start with the protein and get protein in at every meal. If you're a small person, you should be getting 30 grams of protein at every meal, three meals a day. For somebody that's getting older, getting more frail, needs the nutrients. Then I would get a blood test and figure out what truly are the nutrient deficiencies from there.
