The key pieces are, and I can say this definitively at this point, lack of exercise, poor diet. So there's a brain chemistry piece going on. There would define us as hunter types is this lack of dopamine receptors in our brain. And then there's that need for the release that unconscious need for stimulation. Then you create the blow up just to get that hit. You're not doing it consciously. But that piece has been witnessed both in myself and with other people doing coaching work.
