How to Intentionally Drive Values Into Your Organization

I think most organizations hopefully have some values. They might be clear and stated or they might be accidental, you know, but they do have them. What would you say some things that your team does to intentionally drive the values into the core of the organization? And what I would say is be consistent over time with the same thing.
