I think to build brand equity with this audience you need consistency consistency consistency we call it in our consulting work. The other piece which I think Jackie is harder for brands to do but is like necessary is transparency when there is a misstep because safety comes with action over time. We're gone from the time where we'd read a corporate press release or have brand voice tell us something and we don't believe that we know it was written from a corporation, not from a real human being talking to me like a real humanBeing.
