How Did You Become a Digital Agency Leader?

Jason: I see very little creativity online in digital marketing. It just felt like it was such a crowded marketplace the digital world that it was nearly impossible to do interesting creative work. We started a little bit later than you did in starting the agency and when we really started we consistently pivot the agency every four or five years. So certainly I love the big splashy brand work and the big storytelling and the big traditional work which we still do a good amount.
