Do You Chew Your Food?
If you could advise people to do one thing each day that might have a positive impact on any area of their life, what might that one thing be? I'm going to say his sounds really simplicityc but it's chewing your food, at least 20 to 30 times. And then the other thing, chewing your food means you're going much slower, and that's being more mindful around food.
