i didn't even understand what was going to happen when the guide told me he was quitting. And now i'm like, ok, wen, youkno head count changes. This is what'sgoing to happen. A new sheriff is going to come into town. He's going to bring in his own minions to work in the places that he likes and either fall into line or leave the group. So much of this is experience.
