How to Be a Better Runner

I keep a personal training diary where I just write down the run that I did. It's also a great way to connect with other friends. Strava can be a little bit of a detrimental tool sometimes if you're allowed to be in the sense people will jump on there and think, okay, well, I ran this pace last week. So as long as you can use it for what it is, like an effective way to measure your training, you're not get too OCD about it. Highly recommended tool. I love to run with my phone. Sometimes I'll put on Hermanos Guterres or audio books when I'm by myself. Just helps me switch off and go
