Jesse: Is there any big mistakes or kind of red flags that people should stay away from? If you're just starting out, get it. Don't rebuild the big website. Try not to make emotional decisions like we're humans. That is a business logical decision. A lot of people who are at split testing say something doesn't feel good to them because they don't know what's going on in their marketer's head. And so I think that's why post purchase surveys way more impactful than full websites.
