i wanto just focus on two ways in which the mind can exercise protective mindfulness. The first it is a sense of grounding and anchoring. It's kind of like a e, like a sentry or a bouncer in a night club. It's actually a way of keeping us safe, protecting our minds. In these moments, can we ground and anchor?
