I've been very lucky that I've had this role in the past two jobs. It's Infinitely harder to hire an engineer for it. Just like a pure marketing kind of team role Then you say like okay, you're gonna work in growth with you know a marketer together and then just try to get things done. That really shows that organizational Structures have a huge impact on what you're gonna do in the end. You know specifically the product.
