Kisan: I would say the one thing, just trying to share some lessons from the strategic side, it's that valuation model. A lot of times when you are, do you remember the debt deals that we did work on? You kind of did it to please the banking, get the deal done. In a corporate environment, there's a lot more ownership to it. And so how do you validate your assumptions? So I'd really look through that because every model has got their assumptions they built in and especially now you got to be aggressive in the ways you're going to generate value on the Trent deal.
