I wanted to talk about the sort of food I rustle up for myself often when I just want something delicious and I might not have a lot of time. The smoky squid and beans has such a mysterious cool ring to it but it seems very simple, it just seems like you warm up olive oil with some smoked paprika,. You warm up some canned beans in that and you just sort of gently saute some squid and you're kind of done. A recipe doesn't have to involve three hours of your time to warrant your attention.
