How to Squat Properly

If you have poor form in a squat, a horrible way to try to build your quads would be to squat. A better way would be to find some exercises that you're able to lock into with a lot better form and technique. You'll be saving yourself a ton of time too because it takes months or years to learn how to squat properly. Good form doesn't change anything. But physics will ultimately determine how much load you're getting.
