The Value of Journaling

Vesoyo went to all the effort of doing it. The value in journalling is that it allows you to put thoughts into reality. I'm not a routine enough to be able to journal every single day, non stop. But for periods of time where i've done 30, forty, five, 50 days of journalist, it's definitely gratting. Some people get more about it than others.
