I think it's an individual basis of how somebody's managing or handling it right I mean you can have two people in the same room experiencing all of the same things or even within a family and their capacity to handle it is different based on their life experiences so yes we all have this kind of weight of anxiety and what's happening. The self-care the the ability to learn to be quiet to be in that reflective space to know what values really guide you are huge tools, she says.
