Sally Kohn: I'm a big supporter of food versus supplements. We don't need to eat saturated fats and to adulthood because we get all the saturated fats we need from birth up till teenagerhood. So for my daughter, I make sure that she has access to really good quality animal foods. And then she actually, it's super healthy. She eats a lot of fish. The omega-3, omega-6 varieties are more for men brain to meditate. Saturated fat instead is really important.
