And then moving into some strength base, some hypertrophe, you know, as well also hitting the bottoms o the lower spectrum. With with pitching a, it's a movement that takes about two seconds at the most to perform. So it's extremely high belosi, extremely fast twitch movement. I think thats something that's commonly seen.
