He was a lead user researcher at Playstation, where he worked on numerous AAA titles (including Horizon: Zero Dawn, No Man's Sky, and LittleBigPlanet 3).  Since leaving Playstation, Steve has established user research teams for the UK Parliament and Reach plc, the UK’s largest commercial publisher.
