There's probably only 10 studies published or maybe a few more on creatine a bone. Creatine may have some bone building effects, and it just basically decreases the rate of loss. The problem with bone is it takes about a year before you get a significant increase or turnover. In the studies that we've seen the best benefit, they've been in aging postmenopausal females.
