The Gardener's Role in Our Health
I know that you use a metaphor throughout your book and throughout your work of us being learning to be gardeners of our own health. For me, in a way, they're one and the same even if our language and our culture doesn't emphasize that. We care for others, we put them first and so often we're not looking at ourselves and helping ourselves. Getting a gardener of ourselves is really a more essential role that shifts the orientation to a deeper level.
