How Do You Create a Community?

The application itself was a little bit of a challenge because we wanted this to be objective. We were looking to bring on 500, what we called founding members. And so that just wouldn't have been something that we could have one completely manually. So now i suppose we are hitting on boarding, or at least applications. People are being selected. You're starting to figure ow to onboard them.
